MUSIC FUND
The CORPORATION
We are pleased to announce that the Internal Revenue Service has determined that The Anthony Kearns Music Fund is exempt from federal income tax under section 501 (a) of the Internal Revenue Code as an organization described in section 501(c)(3). As such, The Anthony Kearns Music Fund is qualified to receive tax-exempt charitable contributions, effective November 21, 2002. All donors may deduct their contributions to the Music Fund as outlined under United States federal tax law.

The Anthony Kearns Music Fund acknowledges and thanks the Milton A. Kramer Law Clinic Center of Case Western Reserve University's School of Law for its pro-bono legal services that resulted in the Music Fund becoming not only a non-profit corporation, but also, a tax-exempt organization. In particular, we would like to express enormous appreciation to Kenneth R. Margolis, attorney at law, professor, and co-director of the Kramer Center. Ken has overseen all of the accomplishments listed above with skill, professionalism and copious amounts of patience. Thank you Professor Margolis!
