A Look Back on its Third Year
Looking back on the past twelve months, one can easily see that it was a milestone year full of exciting and productive activities! From becoming a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt non-profit corporation, to adopting a mission statement, to updating our website, to distributing charitable funds for instruments, lessons, software, computer equipment, and scholarships, we steadfastly pursued our goals and achieved them. The Music Fund has many people and institutions to thank for helping us along the way: The Kramer Law Clinic at Case Western Reserve University School of Law for its extensive pro-bono legal help; KeyBank for helping us with our international financial transactions at very favorable exchange rates and transaction fees; Dermot Somerville for researching the Sibelius software; Rob Olson for filing our tax returns with the IRS; our very capable webmaster for maintaining our beautiful website. But most of all, we thank our donors, for, without them, we could accomplish nothing.

With great appreciation and best wishes to all,
Priscilla C. Horst
Executive Director
